I have always been impressed with the high quality of craftsmanship of products from Viking Appliances. One of my goals is to some day own one of their great refrigerators and freezers. Hopefully, I will have the space in my kitchen for those appliances at that time. I have always admired the clean stainless steel look of their products. One feature that you should be aware of is the noise level of commercial products. Commercial appliances are not as concerned about noise levels since a commercial kitchen is by design noisy and active.
