Heritage Henredon's Taliesin furniture line designed by Frank Lloyd Wright

This end table was built by Heritage Henredon in North Carolina around 1955. This is from the Taliesin Line which had 61 pieces in its group and was named for Frank Lloyd Wright's home in Spring Green, Wisconsin.
Wright's history as a designer and architect is well documented. Though his buildings are his most famous contribution, he also contributed to the decorative arts as well largely in the area of furniture.
This end table from the Taliesin line has the classic series of carvings around its edges which identify the line. Frank Lloyd Wright was a master of shape and proportion and here he uses this technique to create a sense of fashion for the end table.
The Taliesin line from Heritage Henredon was short lived as it was not marketed well by the company and thus, did not perform well with the general public. There are pieces still available in the secondary furniture market today which can be identified by the carvings, manufacturer's stamp and signature of Frank Lloyd Wright. There is a sample image of the signature block and a better close up picture of the distinct carvings from this line.

I am searching for more pieces from this line.
John
It will take some searching to find these pieces. I am sure that there are some at very good prices if you are lucky enough to find them. Direct from a dealer will certainly be more expensive.

I have the complete set of diningroom table and 6 chairs, but I would like the sideboard. I am not even sure if there was ever one made. Any info out there?
John
Rosa,
There is a sideboard that was made from this line. There is an example at:
http://www.treadwaygallery.com/ONLINECATALOGS/DEC2006/catalog12-06/0401-0500.html
The link is to an auction. Here is what they describe the piece as:
Frank Lloyd Wright sideboard, manufactured by Heritage Henredon, series of cabinet doors and drawers with recessed handles and Taliesin design to edge, some wear to original finish, chips to edge, 66”w x 20”d x 35”h, good condition 1500-2000

I have a complete dining room set; table, 6 chairs and china hutch (all have the manufacturers stamp). Table and hutch in excellent condition; chairs fair. Any idea of current value (ballpark)?
John
That is a great set that you have there. I would estimate the value to be $5,000-$6,000. John

I was given a drop-leaf table and four squared dining chairs by my mother-in-law. I don't know anything about them, but noticed on the underside is marked Heritage Henrendon. I have photos - can anyone assist me in assessing their value? Thank you!

I have the tall dresser and was wondering where and how I can sell it.
John
I would first recommend trying Craigslist to sell the tall dresser. There are always collectors looking for pieces on Craigslist.

I have a complete Taliesin living room set (angled sofa, matching armless sofa, hassock, and circular table with slate top) in perfect condition. The upholstery was originally a dark tan/brown and was reupholstered with a wool fabric similar to the original in a very pretty teal. lester.mike@gmail.com
