It often takes one quick glance to decide if you like a particular design or not, for me the Alpha sofa series from Bo Concept took even less than that. I really am impressed with the well rounded design of the entire group and how it breaks away from the straight lines so many furniture styles, especially sofas adopt. My first impression was a combination of casual and informal, but the more I looked Alpha took on more sophistication and style, especially in the sharp white leather. Beautiful innovative furniture, but very bad customer service. The only furniture store with a non return policy. I bought an item of furniture and required a slight variation of it, but was told I would have to notify then within seven days of ordering the item, I asked for them to reconsider as i had just received it three weeks after ordering. I now have a expensive item of furniture that is not suitable.
