The award winning design team of Sefer Caglar and Seyhan Ozdemir make up the creative minds of Turkish furniture manufacturer Autoban. The collection which has been described as "quirky" includes playful interpretations of everyday items that are best summarized as "emotionally expressive, visually inspiring objects with a timeless pleasure-to-live-with quality." A fine example of their work is the Box Sofa that has a sleek retro quality encased in a rich wood frame on high delicate legs. The Box Sofa keeps with the Autoban theme of mixing traditional and contemporary which defines their place in an often redundant market.
