Caravel Bowl and Salad Server
Henning Koppel designed the Caravel salad bowl in the 1970s originally out of sterling silver, but it was never produced at that time. Now the Caravel salad bowl, crafted in stainless steel is ready for public consumption and has Koppel's signature rotund, organic form. The salad serving set is available from georgjensen.com for a reasonable $295 US
Bloom Bowl - Large
Danish designer Helle Damkjaer gives us the free flowing multi-purpose Bloom bowl, crafted in stainless steel, and inspired by the fluid contours of a water lily. The Bloom bowl is available in a 340mm at $210 or a smaller 260mm size for $165 also available from georgjensen.com.
Stainless Steel Leaf Bowl
Keeping with the organic theme, the Leaf bowl collection is inspired by the jungles of South East Asia. Also in stainless steel this collection is sold as a set of 3 sizes or as individual pieces. The larger leaf bowl measures 230mm at $80, or the three piece set is a bargain at $170 in a small, medium, and large combination.
