Malibu California Beach House Remodel Pictures
This beach house was originally built in 1976 and measures 2,900 square feet. The 1970's had many great things happen, but one of the constraints of this era was certainly home construction methods versus the needs of today's family. There are often issues with homes from this era and I firsthand have lived in one of them. There is a bright side to this story, however. This home is a beach front property in Malibu, California.
In the Western hemisphere it is hard to beat California for its great weather and lovely beaches. An important element in this remodel was to accent the point of the beach while at the same time limiting less soothing elements such as the road.
