Wonderful NYC Penthouse Apartment Pictures
I always get ideas from looking at the interiors of apartments and homes. Some times it can be an affirmation of a design choice I have made. At other times, it may be a new idea, color, or concept I had not previously considered. These pictures are renderings from a wonderful New York City penthouse apartment that is planned for construction in the near future. This building features a series of metal bands at different sizes that creates a unique shape for the building and provides a little character for each floor. Love the minimalistic bathroom, the stair way, etc, but I HATE the kitchen - it's so ugly

The kitchen is certainly very different. I thought that of all the rooms, that would be the one that would stick out. I am a bit concerned by its size and functionality.

those pictures are actually renderings, and the building doesn't even exist. construction was stalled due to financing reasons/the economy. you ought to check your sources before posting.
