Furniture Fashion was recently contacted by Boca do Lobo about their new line called Limited Edition Large Emotion. The designers sought to create a unique furniture experience for owners by designing pieces to the likes of which no one has seen before. These pieces would carry a sense of "being collectible" as each one would be limited to only 20 production copies. Obviously, this sets these pieces into a different price range making them for families with the resources to purchase these. The end result was a series of unique pieces that stimulate the imagination with their innovative facets. Each piece carries a high level of personal detail that can really be seen in the pictures. More information on the limited edition furniture line can be found at Boca do Lobo.

I fell in love with the fun children's furniture set from Agati when I first saw it. You can see from the pictures the wonderful shapes and colors that create the Alta Forma collection. A child's mind is fascinating in what they think and how the connect things together. Alta Forma has capitalized on the moment, designing a collection to stimulate the child's mind. This collection does appear to be perfect for a playroom and might be a bit large for an individual home. Pictured here are two sets: one has 9 pieces while the other has 19 pieces. The 19 piece set is probably more for a day care setting unless you have a large space in your home. A neat feature is that these products are sold individually. Thus, if you wanted to grab a few pieces for your child, that is an option. Product link: here.

Ligne Roset of France has introduced the classic "Pumpkin" sofa collection to their line this year. Pierre Paulin's revolutionary style initiated in the late 1950's gave way to this 1971 design that was originally limited to the private apartments of Claude and Georges Pompidou at the Elysee Palace. The Pumpkin sofa collection is said to emulate the lines and protective shell of a pumpkin with an appeal that is simply impossible to resist. Available now in large scale production as part of the classically tasteful and quality oriented modern furniture collection from Ligne Roset.

Leland's new release is called BritBench and features a hip new look at seating for public places. BritBench is a series of three benches connected in the middle much like the design of a molecule. In the center is a small table that is firmly attached to the furniture. The table offers a place for a person to place a coke, eat lunch, or work on a laptop. A neat feature about this piece is its modular focus. A small piece can be attached at the end of any bench which can connect to a whole new piece. Thus, a bigger molecule like structure can be built for larger public places such as a building lobby, train station, or mall. Price: $3,900. Product link: here.
