Pedestal Sink in Blue Bathroom
Here's a wonderful pedestal sink ensemble in an interesting blue bathroom design. Not only is the pedestal sink itself appealing, but the custom painted backdrop really accents its overall appearance. The bronze pedestal stand is made of bronze and was originally designed by Adam Leventhal for Alchemy. The stand is designed to fit 18" wide sinks. The sink is made of Cienega glass which is a process where various minerals and ground metals are fused in between layers of glass during fabrication. The model in the picture is the Velvet Cienega which features deep burgundy surrounded by magenta, green, blue, and gold. Product site: here.

I cannot tell you how much I agree with what you've written here. There are a lot of professional designers at work these days, but, in the end, I firmly believe what they mostly do is design things for themselves, and what they end up designing for other people tends to have little in what I would describe as a soul. One of the things people should be thinking about, I think, is simply doing something different, but something that still works. I am a cabinetmaker with a too-small kitchen and bathrooms that I am not willing to enlarge. But I still want something nice for me and the wife. I have been looking for ideas online for some time now and sharing my findings with the public. In the end I hope to have something quite extraordinary, but something that everyone else could have as well. There is an astounding amount of ideas out there, and with this world as small as it is these days, it is not hard to find new ideas.
