When it comes to the forefront of contemporary furniture and interior design, the ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair) is North America's most progressive compilation focusing on design truth and trends. This years ICFF will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City on May 16th - 19th and will feature exhibits from design names including Molteni&C, Magis, Ameico, and Blu Dot just to name a few. The Furniture Fair includes a vast array of home and office furnishings, decorative accessories, lighting, wall coverings, kitchens, patio and outdoor furniture etc... His modern bookshelf or room divider called "Crash" has a very informal look as if the parts crashed together to create a myriad of different shaped storage spaces. This visually striking storage shelf may also be floated off the wall as a room divider and assembles with a series of interlocking panels without any hard ward. Designer Rainer Mutsch offers an organic minded place to sit with his planter box/flower containers that incorporate casual lobby or bench seating perfect for a patio or deck. The "Shift" is made of a water-resistant, polyurethane coated insert and environmentally friendly cellulose based concrete material that is highly breathable, as well as frost and temperature resistant. Shift is based on three basic elements with different heights, combined in an infinite number of variations thanks to all sides of the element being inclined in the same angle.
