Quaint Santorini Greek Islands Home
The Greek Islands are certainly one of the most beautiful places on earth and the thought of living there full time would be dream come true to many people. The quaint house in this article is a Greek Islands home in Santorini that sits in a small village called Emboreio. The house has two full bedrooms and two cave bedrooms allowing it to accommodate several guests. You can see a cave bedroom in one of the photos as the ceiling is very low and the stucco is molded like a cave ceiling. The Santorini home is constructed of white stucco that is a local favorite as it weathers the moisture from the Aegean Sea well. There is also a pool in the courtyard to allow you to soak up that wonderful Greek sun. Price: €185,000. (Note: the listing shows it being listed at €312,000 but, the realtor wrote me back and informed me that the price has been reduced).Via.

Might be an idea to get the price right?!
It's all well and good to put a nice piece together to show off what is there but getting the fundamentals right should be No. one?
Maybe a way to drive traffic to the site, just another thought.

Here is the email from the realtor where the price was reduced:
This house has been reduced to 185000 euros. It is in Emboreio town, a quiet little town not too far from Perissa and perivolos beaches. This home has a little pool (not a hot tub). It is a traditional home and there have been a couple of cave rooms added beneath but although they were meant to be bedrooms I would most likely consider them storage space. So there are 2 bedrooms in the main house, a nice sized kitchen and living room/ The home is ready to move into, a new owner may wish to do some work on the house to minimize the humidity which is common in older traditional homes. This work may cost up to 10,000 euros. Most people just get dehumidifiers rather than doing the work to fix the problem.

Great that you was able to change this :-)
That is a big drop! I love that island/rock, it's a great place to be and at that price it is worth considering it as a holiday home.
Thanks again!
Kia.

You're welcome! Do let me know if you get that place. What a wonderful place for a summer home.
