Here is an interesting product that combines a chrome shower head with the rail upon which the curtain is hung. The Pluviae is distributed in North America by AFNY and was designed by Mateo Thun & Partners for Rapsel. An interesting prospect is using this type of product in bathroom design since you can create a small circular space with a drain for a shower and not have a larger rectangular space required.
