The "Soho Bath" is a Japanese soaking tub available from Neo-Metro. Whereas the more common examples are constructed of wood, this model is made of stainless steel. Some may argue that the lack of wood takes away from the restorative abilities of the tub and that stainless is not "personal" enough. I will leave that up to the readers to decide. Here is an earlier story we ran on wooden Japanese soaking tubs. This monster holds 150 gallons of water and measures 42" x 47" in diameter. One fact about steel is its ability to retain heat or cold. Recently, metal ice chests have been re-released that were once popular back in the 1970s. Exercise equipment in the home is often a catch 22. Sure we all need it, but it takes up a ton of space. Adjustable dumbells are a great accessory if you plan to have a weight training area. My wife and I have owned two sets of "PowerBlocks" for about 4 years now. I own a set that varies in weight from 5-50 lbs. whereas hers varies from 3-24 lbs. These adjustable dumbells are made by the PowerBlock company. A quick review is that they are very easy to use. There is a pin that can be pulled out and placed back into the set to change the weight amount. It only takes a few seconds to accomplish the weight change. It is a good idea to go ahead and purchase a stand as an extra option. We originally did not get the stand, but went back the next day and purchased one.
