"Index" is a neat product from Joseph Joseph. Index is a categorized approach to chopping and cutting boards. First off, it places all the boards in an organized file which is great in a small kitchen. The cutting boards themselves are color-coated to indicate what each one's purpose is. There are boards for vegetables, seafood, meat, and other which are easily recognized from the handy tabbed icons.
