When it comes to a modern interior design concept with continuity, Statements International has at least three of the main rooms covered. Here is the Trio series which includes dining room, bedroom, and living room collections that makes a nice clean and modern statement, and I especially like the two tone color options to help lighten up the look. See the entire collection from Statements International that includes several designs from award winning designer Rick Lee here.

Commercial and corporate office interiors are so much more inviting when the setting is more of a home away from home, for not only the clients but the employees that must see it everyday. The new corporate head quarters of Comcast designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects in Philadelphia is my idea of a work place worth getting out of bed for. This optimistic and vibrant corporate interior was recently featured in an edition of Interior Design magazine and as you can see makes the best of one of my favorite things, modern furniture. The more than one million feet of office space was creatively outfitted with stunning details by Karen Daroff of Daroff Designs who forged a lasting relationship with Comcast founder as she worked on three previous corporate offices for the company. Here are some of the wide open and expansive rooms that are furnished and accessorized to perfection. Read more about the entire building project originally shown in Interior Design Magazine.

When it comes to deluxe hotel accommodations that feature state of the art architecture, interior design, and modern furniture and lighting, there is one place that harmoniously combines these elements in one breath taking place. The Silken Hotel Puerta America in Madrid completed in 2005 called on the talents of well known designers like Foster and Partners, Zaha Hadid, Chipperfield, Jean Nouvel, Arata Isozaki, Ron Arad, and John Pawson to uniquely create each floor and room, giving free rein to their creativity in the development. Plasma Studio previously featured in a Furniture Fashion post was commissioned to do the 4th floor of this incredibly detailed and extremely creative hotel. I hope you enjoy the pictures, and possibly even spend a few days in this stunning hotel the next time you are in Spain.

I received these latest renderings from designer Milla Rezanova. The client's subject matter is a residential Germany home. My first impression was the predominant use of black and white in the overall interior design concepts. These colors flow from each room in the series to include the dining room, home office, foyer, and bedroom. I found the foyer to be particular interesting as it has a dining room set on the right and a seating area on the left. I am calling it a foyer due to the columns and the depth perception that it creates for me in the room. Website: Milla Rezanova.
