CasaMania wants to add real color and flair to your modern interior, and they have a cool line of fun furniture for the lifestyles consumer to prove it. Here are two pieces that may even work well together in a really hip décor. The XOX round coffee table is a nice little touch for the not so serious designer look and a small 90 cm diameter top. Available in orange, brown, black, or white finished MDF board. The Sigmund sofa series also from CasaMania offers a nice sleek seating series with Koto plywood backing in Maple or Wenge and a satin chrome frame to give it a classic modern retro theme. The Sigmund series includes a sofa with matching chair, and a chaise lounge with 5 position adjustable head rest. Available in removable fabric and leather.

Eating ice cream may never be the same. Mövenpick, a Swiss ice cream manufacturer enlisted the help of designer Claudio Colucci. Claudio's objective was to create a chair that would enhance a person's experience while eating ice cream. The final result is called the "Ice Lounge" that you see in the picture. Ice Lounge is a unique "hideaway" where you can escape the fast pace of your life, and enjoy some ice cream. Via.

A commercial business looking to create the ultra-contemporary theme may want to consider this bench sofa combination by Christine Schwarzer. Keep an eye out for this design in case you see it at your favorite mod place. Via.

Besana of Italy is definitely on the high side of today's modern furniture design specializing in entertainment wall systems, walk in closets, and platform beds. Here is the Time entertainment which is much more than a tv stand with storage drawers. This chameleon of a wall unit takes on a completely different look with a variety of magnolia and canapa polished lacquers and hanging elements with ambra glitter glass doors and wood veneers. Time includes full length floor to ceiling back panels with shelving and plinth accent lights for a dramatic look when the room is dimly lit. Design by Opera Work in Progress.
